bring the following information to your loan application.

contact your loan officer.
- Sales Contract (Original
signatures of all parties involved).
- Fee for appraisal $350 and
credit report $45.
- Last 2 years residence;
dates and landlord or mortgage address, phone number
and account number.
- Employment for last 2 years;
dates, addresses, phone numbers; current pay stubs (last
4 weeks); last two years W-2's. Last 2 years tax returns
if self employed or commissioned and YTD Profit & Loss
Statement.
- Last 2 months bank statements
for all accounts, including 401K's.
- Make, model and approximate
value for each automobile, boat, motorcycle, etc. Also,
an approximate value of household goods and personal
items.
- If you own other real estate,
is it to be sold or leased? Provide sales contract or
a 12 month lease agreement.
- Complete list of creditors
with account numbers, monthly payments and balances.
- Divorce decree and seperation
aggreement, if applicable.
- VA loans copy of DD214 and
original Certificate of Eligibility.
- If bankrupt in last 7 years,
a copy of discharge and debt petition is requried.
